Scalvix Technologies (“Scalvix”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to delivering a smooth, timely, and secure shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines all key information regarding the shipping, delivery, and tracking of your order placed via our official website, www.scalvix.in.

1. Service Coverage

We currently ship only within India. Orders from outside India will be automatically cancelled, and we hold no liability for such mistaken international orders.

2. Delivery Partners

We ship via Shiprocket and its trusted courier network including:

  • Delhivery
  • Xpressbees
  • Blue Dart
  • Ekart
  • Shadowfax
  • India Post (for remote areas)

For some pin codes in Gujarat, we may use local courier services for faster delivery.

3. Order Dispatch & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (except Sundays/public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next working day
  • You will receive SMS/email/WhatsApp tracking details post-dispatch

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹499
  • Additional surcharges (Octroi, Entry Tax, etc.) must be paid by the customer

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available in most serviceable areas
  • ₹50 COD handling charge applies (shown at checkout)
  • Full payment required at delivery — no part-COD allowed
  • Recipient must be present to provide OTP and accept the order

7. Packaging & Handling

All products are packed in tamper-proof corrugated boxes or protective envelopes.

360° unboxing video is required for refund/replacement claims. It must:

  • Begin before opening the seal
  • Show all outer sides of the box
  • Clearly capture item condition and defect

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp/SMS
  • Tracking activates within 24 hours of dispatch

9. Multiple Shipments

We may split your order based on availability, weight, or warehouse location. Each shipment will be tracked individually.

10. Delivery Failures

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailability
  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • No response to courier calls

The package may be returned to origin (RTO). Re-delivery may attract extra charges.

11. Courier Liability & Delays

While we work with reliable partners, Scalvix is not liable for:

  • Courier-related delays
  • Misconduct or theft by courier agents
  • Damage after delivery or caused by mishandling

We will support you in raising complaints with the courier.

12. Important Notes

  • Dispatched orders cannot be rerouted or redirected
  • We are not responsible if delivery is accepted by someone else or OTP is shared voluntarily
  • No claims accepted without a valid unboxing video
