At Scalvix Technologies, we take pride in the quality, safety, and performance of our wellness products. All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or replacement may be necessary. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in such cases.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return or replacement if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, opened, or tampered products
- Minor packaging damage not affecting usability
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (scent, color, perceived results)
- Products purchased during sales, giveaways, or flash deals (unless defective)
2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
- Email us at info@scalvix.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or a 360ยฐ unboxing video showing sealed package & issue
- Our team will review the case within 2 business days
- If approved:
- We may arrange a reverse pickup (where available)
- Or request self-shipping (โน60 max reimbursed upon approval)
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for:
- Claims of damage or missing items
- All replacement or refund requests
Video must:
- Start before the seal is broken
- Show full package condition
- Clearly display the defect
Requests without valid unboxing video may be rejected.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in these cases:
- Defective product that cannot be replaced
- Order cancelled before dispatch (within 2 hours)
- Undeliverable or lost in transit
โ Refund Process:
- Refunds to original payment method (UPI, card, bank) within 5โ7 business days after approval
- COD orders: provide UPI ID or bank details for refund
โ No Refunds If:
- Return is requested after 7 days
- Product used or damaged post-delivery
- Issue not validated upon inspection
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
- Post-dispatch cancellations are not allowed
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders: within 3โ5 business days
6. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup arranged if serviceable pin code
- If not available:
- Customer must self-ship using trackable courier
- Upon successful return, weโll reimburse up to โน60 (via UPI)
7. Products Received as Gift or During Offers
- Items from โBuy 1 Get 1โ or bundle deals can’t be returned individually
- If defective, the full combo must be returned
8. Multiple Replacements or Abuse of Policy
Scalvix reserves the right to:
- Deny returns to users with repeated claims or misuse
- Deactivate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity
9. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes related to returns or refunds shall be under the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat only.
