5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Your order is an offer to purchase and will be confirmed only upon dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel orders due to:
  • Pricing or stock errors.
  • Fraud suspicion.
  • Invalid shipping or payment details.
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, if not dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Scalvix is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and process details.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and the Cashfree Gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations with an additional charge.
• Scalvix is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, including logos, images, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of Scalvix Technologies.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

10. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Our products are for external use only unless otherwise mentioned.
• Individual results may vary based on hair/scalp type. Patch testing is recommended.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Scalvix is not liable for misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.

11. User Conduct & Restrictions

• Users must not:
  • Share offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Hack, damage, or interfere with the website’s infrastructure.
  • Resell products without authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
